All online orders are processed through a secure server, and we do not retain your credit card information. There are a number of ways to order. For best service, please include your phone number and/or e-mail address so that we may contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.

We currently accept orders online only from addresses with U.S. zip codes. All international orders are accepted by mail, telephone, or fax.

Method of Payment:

All payments are in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversion information is available at www.xe.com. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), check or money order (U.S. funds only). Please be advised that paying by check or money order will delay shipment of your merchandise while we wait for your check to clear. We do not make C.O.D. shipments.

Sales Tax:

Virginia residents must add 5% sales tax to their order.

Shipping Rates (per address)

Delivery

Please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery. We make every attempt to fill and ship all orders as promptly as possible.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped, when possible, via Air Mail Global Priority or else regular airmail.

Customs duties and applicable taxes for items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your shipment please call us (toll free) at 800-654-6797 or e-mail us at orders@howesneedlework.com. We will try to resolve the problem promptly. If you need to return an item we will issue a Return Shipment Number to you. All returned merchandise must be accompanied with this RSN # and a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice in order to qualify for any exchange or refund. Thread, in its original, unopened packaging, is returnable for a full refund. We regret that we cannot accept returns for kits and patterns unless damaged during shipping. Return shipping for undamaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to reject any unauthorized return shipments.
